Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed through nuveclothing.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into effect once we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Where a product shows a reduced price alongside a higher reference price, that reference price is the price at which the item was previously offered, in line with applicable price-indication rules.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been received.

Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can appear differently from one screen to another, and measurements may vary slightly between items. Small differences of this kind are not a defect.

Our items are cut small — please read the sizing note on each product page before choosing your size.

Delivery

Delivery times and shipping arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and your right to cancel

Your right to return items, and your statutory right of withdrawal, are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Belgian or EU law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
